How come the above list does not have 10 web hosting providers?

As was promised in the previous post for earlier today, I present to you another list of top ten web hosting providers. As you can see the list below is quiet different. I strongly suggest that neither lists should be seen as a deciding factor before you purchase your web hosting. You should take your time to do your own research. It is the end of the year and of course it is time to tally and share with our readers the results. This year, 2009, was he busiest year for this blog of all its lifetime.
