Buyer Beware! Your Sites Can Be Shut Down Without Notice! That’s The Experience I’m Currently Having With This Company. As A Former Hosting Provider And A Current Reseller Of OTher Hosting Provider, I Have Never Experience Such Poor Customer Service And Rigid Company For Looking After Their Own Existing Customers. I have used Coolhandle webhosting for my websites for some time now. I have tried a lot of other hosting company’s for my web space, sites and domain names but the loading of my pages were always extremely slow and the service was very poor. So I was looking for a new web hosting company and my friends told me about Coolhandle. Since then I never want to change my Hosting to a other company again!
I am so happy and feel very lucky that my friens told me about Coolhandle. This tip was the best in years, since then my websites are stable and give me the best performance ever!. Also a professional and expert Helpdesk with excellent response time.

I switched from dedicated hosting to Cool Handle’s shared JomSocial hosting. I have a very complex JomSocial website as well as about 5 other websites. I have been with four other shared hosting companies and I have to say Cool Handle wins my vote hands down in every area.

It was an easy and effortless switch over. The websites worked without any problems as did the databases. My support tickets to switch them over were answered immediately. They were clear with the timeframe it would take for the websites to be online and they kept in communication with me during the entire process.

The thing that I am most impressed with is that the staff know what they are doing. When I ask a question, I get the right answer.

They are the cheapest hosting I could find on the net for Jomsocial hosting. I got 2 years of hosting with Cool Handle for the same price I was paying for only one month of dedicated hosting. I have to say it worried me initially because Cool Handles prices were so cheap, but I have been online now for over a month and haven’t had any downtime or any problems. I am finding my sites are loading quicker than they did on my dedicated server and all of the functions and components that were made specifically for my website work great.

I couldn’t be happier with their service, prices and knowledge and highly recommend them.

Enjoyed a year without any complaints. Purchased by a promo code for $ 22.90 year ago, including the domain (with domain privacy). Great price! The current price of $4.95/mo. also not too bad. In Russia it is much more expensive, from $10/mo. and the quality is worse and there is a limit on the store and bandwidth. Very liked the CPanel – everything is simple, convenient and functional.

If you require reliable hosting please go elsewhere. I’m not one to normally write a company review, but our experience was so awful I feel I must warn others. We signed up for a Windows Premium account and began having issues in the first two weeks. We had several website outages and major email issues (many emails were never received by us or when sent from us to others, with no indication that they were missing until our own clients alerted us to the problem or until deadlines were missed). We spent a considerable amount of time walking the company’s technical support through our issues and trying to have them resolved; however, they only increase in frequency, while technical support became less and less responsive. Finally after a set of important client communications were never received and, according to technical support, nowhere to be found on their servers, we had no choice but to switch companies (at least if we wanted to stay in business). Now the company is telling us that even though their service did not work, they are entitled to keep all of the fees we paid in advance because we didn’t cancel in the first 30 days. The situation is so ridiculous it’s laughable.

I have used the services CoolHandle Linux Web hosting already one year. I have never had noticed uptime. I have never had applied to support because all the answers can be found carefully read the documentation. Control panel for sites can use even a child. This is a very high quality service. What should I say they are just great. I signed up a year ago never had any problem since then except for a billing issue and it was my fault. the server speed is great, there is a thing I love about them there cPanel is secured with SSL, and they included CalmAV Scanner which is very helpful. never seen it in my previous hosting provider.
Coolhandle is a name to count on.

I moved to CoolHandle after I had bad experience with GoDaddy and it was worth the move. The Cpanel is blazingly helpful, creating databases, managing them through phpmyadmin, creating FTP users etc is easy. I will give me 2 thumbs up for Cool Handle.

I have had the pleasure of using Coolhandle since Late 2005/2006 I could not say enough good things about them, I have actually never had to contact them for technical issues, my site has had ZERO down time in five years!
