NEVER use this company or you will regret it. I have use their web hosting for over 4.5 years and it has steadily gotten worse. All of the tech support and customer service is out-sourced and the people cannot understand you. When you finally get them to understand, they give you the run around and you get nothing resolved. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I finally just shut my site down since I was having so many issues with this company. If you expect a refund, forget it. When they say you will get a refund, it is a total lie. YOU WILL REGRET USING THIS SITE. CHEAP IS JUST THAT!!!
We have been using their hosting services for almost one year now. No problems whatsoever. The only thing you need to watch out when installing WordPress with them is that they privacy settings are set to block search engines by default. Make sure to change that after the installation is complete.
