I hosted previously with Lunarpages for two years. In that time I don’t remember my sites EVER being down. Not once.
Another thing I loved about lunarpages is customer support. Seriously, it should be called “fanatical (in a good way)†customer support. They respond sometimes with in an hour.
Their prices are perfect if you need good uptime and support.
Their only drawback is their plans don’t allow for as many addon domains as some of their competitors.

Yea lunarpages support is quite good and fast. I have always been impressed with the speed of their replies.

Is Lunarpages so good????
I read thousands of review, all of them say lunarpages is the most reliable hosting. Only a few say their server is a little bit of slow response when traffic is heavily and Ruby on rails application problems.

I used Lunarpages a few years back for a site before moving to a dedicated server. They did a good job as far as virtual hosting goes.

I can’t stand lunarpages. I hosted with them a few months back, they screwed something up, I asked for a refund, the said they’d give it to me and never replied. Then after my term was over they e-mailed me and asked me if there was anything they could do, after a few e-mails back and forth they finally issued me my refund.

I have hosted with LP for some time and have reffered several clients to thier service. No more. I have noticed that thier service has declined and hold times for assistance take forever. Something is seriously going wrong with this host.

I have been hosted by lunarpages for a couple of months now and so far it’s been fine. The uptime of my blog which was around 99% on the previous host has been 100% ever since I moved to lunarpages, in the past 3 months it hasn’t had a single moment of downtime. I can’t say much about the support but that’s simply for the fact that I never had to use it yet, it’s definitely the best shared hosting if you ask me. Fast and reliable.
