Heart Internet has many restrictions that prevent the proper functioning of certain scripts. Often there are warnings of vulnerabilities and restart the server. Technical assistance is not very good.Often you need to resubmit twice the ticket to be answered. For the service, the cost is too high

Heart Internet is the only web host/domain name registrar I have ever come across which forces customers to receive commercial emails from them. They keep bombarding me with unwanted emails flogging things, which I do not want and do not have any unsubscribe option. This is therefore, as per legislation, defined as spam.
Hosting with Heart Internet resellers..
I have been with Heart and thier resellers for a number of years and the thing that keeps me there are the features and prices..
But, a word of warning. If your with one of their resellers, they [Heart] don’t want to know. My feeling is that all tecnical support issues should be handled by Heart because its often difficut, if not impossible to get answers to support tickets. This can be very frustrating and annoying if your site is down, which happens more often than it should..
