I have been with Heart and thier resellers for a number of years and the thing that keeps me there are the features and prices.. But, a word of warning. If your with one of their resellers, they [Heart] don't want to know. My feeling is that all tecnical support issues should be handled by Heart because its often difficut, if not impossible to get answers to support tickets.
