99.9999% uptime my foot! I’ve experienced extreme downtime, failed email, quota suspend errors with my site being down for hours on end. Totally need to find a new host.
I began with HostPapa about 4 years ago and have been very happy with the service and care received. The site is easy to use with the tutorials and I found all my questions easily and quickly answered. I have recommend HostPapa to others because I’m confident in their product and services.
HOST PAPA – UNLIMITED HOST PLAN!!!!!!!!! SO WHY HAS MY ACCOUNT BEEN RESTRICTED- WITHOUT EXPLANATION!!!! WAITING FOR AN ANSWER!
I must say I really like HostPapa. I originally switched to HostPapa because it has a national reputation for reliability and continuous uninterrupted service. My experience confirms this. The features offered are outstanding as is the price. Only once have I had to contact customer service and that is when I messed up my password. They were very quick to respond and very helpful at resolving the issue. I give HostPapa top marks.
I would disagree with George. I have been with HostPapa for last two years and they have been great to me. Granted, I may know my way around the hosting related issues, but still, considering the price, they offer above average services.
They are horrible, they claim to have helpful customer service but do not try and help anyone, host with anyone but them.
