Inacurate and Defamatory info About ServerPronto

We have received an e-mail from today from Michael Epstein from Infolink claiming that information contained on our website inaccurate and defamatory:

This post is full of inaccuracies, name calling, etc. My guess is that this was an unhappy customer who had a hard time managing his server. Our servers are self-managed and often we have customers who become unhappy when they have trouble managing their server. I can assure you that his references to downtime (not factual, check some of the sites that monitor our network, lost fax, and technical support are not accurate.
I respectfully ask that you remove this post beause it is highly inaccurate and defamatory, and we do not wish to convey this image to potential customers.

While here at Web Hosting Review Blog we are trying our best to assure the information we provide is accurate and factual. We have always felt that our visitors should have saying about their experience with their web hosting providers. While we review every feedback sent to us, it is not our policy to remove a comment or review only because they have come from dissatisfied customer or client.
Browsing our website one can quickly realize that we do have positive reviews as well. We feel that allowing every voice to be heard will help future customers to make informed decision. We will be looking as to the accuracy of the reviewer who sent us the review in question. We hope to hear from many more ServerPronto clients, we will feature all reviews- positive and negative.
