Reasonably happy with the service for basic web hosting, but recently they imposed some sort of block on php scripts sending e-mails – which totally prevents the proper operation of any auto-generated password for new users or password resets. I was able to get this problem fixed once on one site, but when I called to get it fixed on my other accounts, no one seemed to know what to do and then the problem re-appeared on my first site.
I also find their e-mail spam filter to be very poor and have to use another service (0spam.com) to get rid of junk. I also find it frustrating that I only get one user name password pair for account access for multiple domains – including upload of web pages.
