In my experience with Justhost their chat support is usually pretty fast and helpful, but I have waited on hold several times for more than 10 minutes without getting through to anyone.
About average in terms of what they offer. In terms of what they actually delivered, they’re bottom of the barrel.
Broken setup. Useless live support. Email support which is little more than a way to beg for money. “Free instant setup” according to their page, but they charged a $20 setup fee anyways. “Money-back guarantee”, but thus far I haven’t seen any indications of money back, and they flatly refused to refund the $20 “free instant setup” fee.
There is not one single good thing I can say about this company. Not one. They had absolutely no redeeming features in any aspect of their operation.
Yes, they had some good features and good prices – but I got almost identical from another company who actually provided useful voice support.
Stay away from JustHost.
