They have some downtime and occasional slowdowns. Their support is very good however so at least they're not ignoring the customer. Our previous provider was unhappy with resources and bandwidth our sites used. The OSH support team helped us migrate to their servers. Over the years they have liaised with us over any technical issues that we have brought to their attention, in a timely manner and resolved all issues to our satisfaction. Above all else the lack of down-time is amazing, with previous hosts we suffered weeks and days without service. I can honestly say, that OSH have saved us money and customers.
