Newly introduced Windows dedicated plans by Easy CGI Web Hosting offers whooping 2 (two) terabytes of monthly bandwidth. Here is a part of a press release from May 12 announcing the two new plans:

The two new plans, Dedicated X10 and Dedicated X20, offer 100 and 200 gigabytes of disk space, respectively, two and four gigabytes of RAM, and two terabytes of bandwidth per month.
