In the 12 years I have been doing this I have never had such down time running an internet site. We were actually unlucky enough to decide to host 4 sites with Zyon and all 4 go down about one to two times per week. You should be suspicious of any hosting provider that does not provide their contact information in the form of a physical location or at least city name.
