Earlier today we have received an e-mail from Mr. Michael Epstein of Infolink, regarding inaccurate and defamatory reviewed left by one of our visitors earlier this month. We have featured his e-mail in the following post.
After taking a closer look, we indeed realized that review in question may have been “fakeâ€. The reviewer provided a non-existent (aka fake) e-mail address. Following this investigation we are removing the review in question and would like to reinforce following rule:
- Writing a review you must provide a valid e-mail address where you can be contacted. Failing to provide such an e-mail will result that your review will not be featured on our website. While we never share your e-mail with anyone, we care about the quality of our website and it’s usefulness to other people. If we can not contact you we have to presume that your review is not genuine.
