I have been a reseller for Apollo for 7 years. I used to sing their praises but now I am forced to spend countless UNPAID hours in transferring my clients websites, dB’s, emails, retrain clients, and more….
Their “tech support” is pathetic at best. Read the reviews all over the internet before choosing this outfit. Before 2004 they were actually really good. Now it’s a nightmare to have clients just check their email. Server upgrades are way behind par and still always screw up. Don’t think about getting a refund/credit without a lawyer. In other words…. just move on….. there’s too many others.
We too are affiliates for the same program but have hosted with Apollo (and still have a shared VPS with them). Their tech support is muck but their uptime and price is well worth it.

After spending years jumping from one webhosting company to another, with not so good experiences each time, I was searching for a good webhosting company with seamless uptime, fast and good tech support and help desk and a good spam catch program for web-based email, when I finally found apollohosting. Apollohosting has hosted two of my own website plus others I have created for others, and I am very happy with my decision to go with Apollohosting. Their tech support is always fast, and their staff courteous and very knowledgeable. I have had virtually no down-time on any of the websites, which certainly was not the case with several other well known web-hosts. They have switched from postini sever based spam catcher to MailBoxCop, which seems to work just as well. I don’t get hardly any spam messages in my inbox. The control panel is easy to work with for rookies like me, and has a lot to offer both advanced and novice website builders. Overall, I am very pleased with apollohosting, and intend to stay with them as long as they remain this good!
