My account was today suspended without announce.
The only answer of the support,after my question, I have sent spam and I have to read the tos.
I have a contract for 36 month and used it for 7 month, but now is absolutely silence.
I am photographer and have a newsletter about photography with no commercial content and only confirmed opt-in adresses.
Hands up, the only what I can say, this is without announce a hot affair.
My site is offline and I run a lot of joint ventures, which need immediately responds.
My account was suspended today without any notice. First they told me becouse i dont pay. When i show the payment receipt they said i am spraiding viruses. My company have been customer to them for the past 3 years. Our company never scam , or do any illegal activity , we have virus check on our computers, they dont show any virus. We are running classified sites. People are uploading pictures files, etc. I cannot check they computers?!!! Also i cannot install on they servers any virus check/protection as it is not my server. It is their company responsibility to have a good firewall, that can prevent from virus, like other companies
Now i lost all my email communications, my script,my datas, my customer datas, and thousands of hours of work day and night for many years.
Please put yourself into my situation.
They answer is no communication, any ticket i send to them they dont reply. So this is customer service? PLEASE BEWARE FROM THIS COMPANY .

I want to give out a shout of ‘GREAT’, for my new web hosting company, VodaHost! I have a small but really great business dealing in everything retro from the 1960’s, 1970’s, and 1980’s.

Well that is up until a few months ago when everything just went totally downhill; I had problems with communication, images, and a lot more. I was a little ‘peeved’ that it sometimes took the support staff a number of hours to get back to me, but it is an email support method so I suppose they have to go through a lot of requests; other then that I think VodaHost is brilliant. I’m not very tech savvy! I know how to get a bunch of stuff done. I know how to switch my system on and off, how to word process, how to browse the internet and sell products through it. It works and I work. It’s precisely because I’m not very tech savvy that I’m very happy I chose these guys as my web hosting company. The FAQ section of is self-explanatory and there are loads of tutorials and videos which show you what things are and what they do; if you have any doubts, you can always drop technical support a line for assistance. They are really helpful and knowledgeable and give step by step advice on how to get the job done. At the beginning I was stuck because I couldn’t understand the difference between domain and the files I host with my webhosting and someone from the staff explained in simple English that they were different and that is why I was making mistakes and sent me to the right tutorial on their website to get it all sorted.

You cannot go wrong with VodaHost. I had been searching for quality web hosting to create a website for a week when I came across the VodaHost people. I had a “baby” hosting package with HostGator before but I was not satisfied with their performances and my site was not up all the time. They were also charging me more a month for 2 year plan. With VodaHost I get $7.95 a month for 1 year plan! That with free domain registration too! They also allow you to have unlimited domains, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited MySQL databases, unlimited FTP accounts, unlimited Email accounts – that is five unlimited items! You won’t find this anywhere else at this price. Tech support has always been good to me and very helpful and knowledgeable about hosting matters. My sites been up for the past year with VodaHost web hosting as far as I can tell. The only downside is that there is no VPS option to upgrade to, should you need one in the future. But otherwise, small businesses on a limited budget would do well by sticking with VodaHost for their web hosting needs. That is my opinion. Their hosting control panel allows you one-click setup to Drupal, Joomla, WordPress etc, through fantastico. You also get free merchant account and third party shopping carts are allowed. You can have OSCommerce or Cube Cart / Zen Cart at no extra charges. This is great if you have signed up for affiliate programs to sell products through the Internet so you can make money from home. Reccomended.
