Extremely slow response time when calling customer/technical service.
    UI and tools are weak.
Uptime has been spotty and email is also below average.

    Would not recommend.

I’m an IT veteran of 20 yrs. Last yr I took a very important client’s site away from them and hosted it at Zeehosting.com, a superior provider with extremely knowledgable and responsive tech support. My client had an Access dbase with website on Ipower. Server kept resetting the permissions on it so users couldn’t get to the mission-critical conference registration. I had to monitor it hourly for 2 months to keep resetting permissions to read and modify. Now I have my last client on it (I’m transferring it today to Zeehosting), where the site suddenly required users to login to get to the website. 4 days ago I reported it. It has bounced back and forth between no login panel and login panel, unpredictably, which leads me to believe that server’s resetting something back to defaults. IT ALSO RESET SO THAT YOU COULD DO DIRECTORY BROWSING ON THE SITE!

Last night it was accessible. This morning it is again not. Do yourself a favor. Host your site with someone else. Tech support has in the past tried to tell me that they fixed my Windows-based hosting with Linux based solutions that were completely unrelated.

Ipower web is my site’s host. It’s been down for the last six day. When I call their tech support, all I get is “it will be up in 24 hours”, like I said, it’s been six day and still no website.
